Collection

All orders can be collected from our warehouse, Maxitrade, Unit 1, Tate Business Park, Bourne Road, Pode Hole, Spalding, Lincs.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is returned in it's original un-opened packaging and within seven days of purchase. 

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

To notify Maxitrade of the return simply login to your account, view the order using the 'complete' orders link under the my account menu and click the return item button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please return items to Maxitrade, Tate Business Park, Unit 1, Bourne Road, Pode Hole, Spalding, Lincs, PE11 3LX. Please note for your protection Maxitrade recommends that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs.
